JOB PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Ensures continuity in the supply process by generating UIT codes according to E-Transport legislation for all raw materials and packaging needed for Betty Ice factory

• Checks all raw material and packaging orders opened to suppliers by members of the planning team

• Establishes the way of working with suppliers, Ultralogistik, carriers to ensure that raw materials and packaging materials will arrive on time

• Is the direct contact person regarding the relationship with third parties in the UIT code generation process

• Ensures that all documents related to deliveries are received on time for the generation of UIT codes according to the legislation in force

• Verifies the accuracy of the data entered into the system, with the data from the primary documents

• Completes the request for the issuance of the UIT code based on the requested documents, being directly responsible for its correctness

• Follows up on the generation of the UIT code and prepares various reports

• Ensures that the UIT code is sent to the user with confirmation receipt (supplier, transporter, Ultralogistik, other Unilever entity)

• Provides support to third parties (supplier, transporter, Ultralogistik) regarding the legislation in force (new suppliers, changes in legislation, etc.)

• Ensures that no transport for Betty Ice factory enters the territory of Romania without having generated a valid UIT code

• Ensures that the transport of raw materials and packaging from Betty Ice factory to other Unilever factories has a valid UIT code by following the steps described in the points above

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

SKILLS: Intermediate English knowledge; fluent in Romanian; good digital skills (MS Office and other programs); knowledge of SAP is an advantage; organized,

good analytical skills; ability to work in a team, to meet deadlines and work efficiently;  professional ethics and respect for the confidentiality of sensitive data

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:    University studies in Food Industry or a related field; Solid knowledge and experience in implementing a Quality Management System, FSSC 22000 and HACCP; it is an advantage to have at least 2 years of experience in a role as a Quality Supervisor/Inspector/Auditor as well as in handling consumer complaints
