Main Responsibilities

The Cikarang Ice Cream Manufacturing Cell Leader will lead and supervise team of cell operators to ensure efficient and effective production processes. This role involves coordinating daily operations, monitoring performance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to meet production target and quality standards. This role will alsoresponsible for developing team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a positive productive work environment.

  • Production Oversight:Assist in managing daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of ice cream products.

  • Quality Control:Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support production staff, providing training and guidance to enhance team performance.

  • Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce waste.

  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring adequate supply and minimizing excess.

  • Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all production equipment is properly maintained and operational.

  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain production reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and promote a culture of safety within the production team.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, preferably manufacturing

  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing and managing teams.
