Main Responsibilities

•  Ice Cream SHESpecialist  responsible for supporting the development and implementation of safety, health, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. This includes conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. The role also involves maintainingaccurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring that all safety protocols are communicated effectively to employees.

• Ice Cream SHESpecialist  collaborates with various departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. This includes organizing training sessions, emergency drills, and awareness programs to enhance employee understanding and engagement in SHE practices. The manager also assists in investigating incidents, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to prevent future occurrences, thereby contributing to a safe and sustainable work environment.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Environmental Science/ Safety Management, or a related field.

• Experience min 2 years in supply chain/ engineering

Skills

• Strong knowledge of SHE regulations and standards.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
