Main Responsibilities

• Ice Cream Quality Engineer is tasked with ensuring that all ice cream products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This involves developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting regular inspections and audits, and analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement. The engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting quality issues, performing root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Ice Cream Quality Engineer will collaborate closely with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the entire manufacturing process. This role requires staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, as well as leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential to drive a culture of quality and excellence within the organization.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in quality control or quality assurance in the food industry.

• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
