Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities

  • Engage with the business as a member of the Indonesia Ice Cream leadership team, interacting in Country Category Business Team (CCBT) and other forums.

  • Drive sourcing excellence and ensure procurement strategies align with Indonesia Ice Cream business needs, with full responsibility for execution and results.

  • Lead and drive the Fuel for Growth (F4G) agenda on material savings.

  • Design and set up resilience for the business, ensuring agility in sourcing for materials

  • Run commodity updates for Indo Ice Creamleadership team, bringing global procurement best practices to the market to support GM forecast and pricing decisions.

  • Manage relationships and conduct negotiations with key local vendors and traders, ensuring competitiveness in the business.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  •  University degree.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Procurement is a plus.

Skill

  • Business acumen and stakeholder management.

  • Development of materials supply strategy.

  • Determination of strategic sourcing strategy.

  • Supplier risk management.

  • Conducting supplier negotiations.

  • Engaging suppliers through competitive bidding and tendering.

  • Supplier integration and supplier relationship management.

  • Identifying value-creating and innovation opportunities.

  • Managing sustainability in supply chains
