This role involves driving the strategy delivery across domains, programs and teams of the BG, managing the BG x UniOps Digital transformation plan, managing cost transparency across digital portfolio, leveraging opportunities across product domain, and supporting the cost optimization within UniOps. This role will be key driver to ensure that UniOps is aligned to BGs prioritization and support adoption drive for embedded product usage for insights to action
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
Develop Strategic Portfolio Roadmap by understanding and translating BG strategy and context into a comprehensive view of the requirements and opportunities. Identify key capabilities and programs which will realize impact of the BG and present a view of the UniOps Portfolio by BG to the BG CDIO and BG LT, with cost visibility, benefits realization & deployment timelines
Maintain portfolio performance, vision and strategy: Formulate clear vision and strategy with the BG teams to drive the Performance metrics of the Digital capabilities against the BG Priorities and goals. Support BG CDIO, Strategy & Portfolio Owner & Domain Portfolio Lead in determining which BG demands to prioritize
Partnering with Products to manage delivery of the programs - Own the BG roadmap – presenting and tracking impact with cost visibility, benefits realization & timelines, to the BG CDIO and BG Leadership Team
Risk Management : Identify and escalate risks related to digital initiatives to relevant business stakeholders. Track outcomes from now, Next and Beyond plan with BG Leadership teams
Fostering Innovation : Collaborate with BG Transformation Lead & Domain Portfolio Lead to make decisions on project timings, structure and delivery. Support CDIO on BG Digital Transformation and Innovation
Driving strong joined up Governance between BG and Products: Support in defining KPIs for BG digital transformation projects. Track adoption & people dependent ROI of products deployed within the BG. Ensure necessary prioritization decisions are provided on backlog
Continuous Alignment and Improvements: Advocate for User-centric design. Facilitate UAT and drive superior experience to deliver value realization
EXPERIENCES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Strategic Change Management experience in large, complex organizations
Technical Acumen – familiarity with digital technologies and technology trends
Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
Global Training and Learning delivery experience
Strong program management and project management skills
Must have Product Engagement experience on Cross domain at landing tech with BG
Experience Driving Digital steer committee for one BG and one of the functions preferably SC/Business Ops, Cust Ops .
Critical Strategy thinking - must have managed OKR, Performance and working collaboration with Product teams .
Process mapping (Ex: lean six sigma)
SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
Global product / program leadership: Strong product / program management skills, with experience in leading complex transformations across multiple geographies
Digital expertise: Strong understanding of what good likes like and how to achieve it across data, analytics, ai and/or consumer tech
Influencing: Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business objectives and drive transformation.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to map processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Financial Acumen: P&L understanding, and experience managing budgets at a managerial level
