Support the business group media, d-commerce & creatives digitization strategy and plan for Personal Care and Home Care, driving a step change in consumer engagement and innovation. Drive value realization from UniOps capabilities, working closely with business group and business unit marketers, CGMO teams, Business Unit CDIOs and UniOps Consumer product leaders.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for marketing, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Innovation: Identify opportunities to implement cutting-edge AI and digital solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness, including data-driven insights, AI-powered customer engagement, and personalized marketing campaigns
Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects within the overall strategy, ensuring timely and successful implementation via Products
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including marketing leadership, UniOps product teams, technology partners, and external agencies, to prioritize, influence, and drive change
Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance and impact of digital initiatives on marketing outcomes
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital consumer engagement transformation experts, including direct reports and indirect reports in business units; fostering a culture of collaboration, impact focus, and test / learn mindset.
EXPERIENCES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Experience successfully leading a complex digital transformation across geographies and teams
Experience leading and influencing, driving change with marketing leaders
Experience with embedding digital technologies, data, or analytics into marketing processes
Should have experience in leading Consumer / Marketing landing in one of the BG like PC, HC, IC, Nutrition, B&W
Must have Product Engagement experience on Marketing Domain
Should have running experience on Marketing or media domains like FIFA activation or marketing transformation programs
Driving Digital steer committee for one BG and one of the function preferably marketing tech exposure
Critical Strategy thinking - Should manage OKR, Performance and working collaboration with Product teams
SKILLS WE NEED FOR THIS ROLE:
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AI and digital technologies relevant to marketing, such as data analytics, machine learning, and marketing automation tools
Program Leadership: Strong program leadership experience, with experience in leading complex digital transformation projects, preferably within the marketing domain
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business objectives and drive digital transformation in marketing
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels and convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement, including understanding business processes and the role of technology and AI to create impact
Inspiring Leadership: Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills
