JOB PURPOSE:
The Key Account is responsible for executing sales plans, managing trade investment and customer communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Negotiations: Plan, manage, and lead negotiations
Planning: Develop full year plans and monitor the progress
Sales: Achieve sales targets and drive market contribution
Promotions: Manage promotional programs defined by the Trade Marketing for the Concessionaries managed
Customer needs: Understand customer needs and requirements
Client retention: Develop and implement long-term strategies to retain clients
Customer service: Resolve customer complaints promptly
Internal communications: Manage internal communications between clients and internal teams

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor/Master graduates in Economics or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales business
