JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking for a highly motivated Field Key Account OOH with a strong growth-oriented attitude to join our Customer Development team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong leaning towards an Agile approach, where obstacles are seen as opportunities to build new and different solutions.
This position requires an analytical profile with an excellent command of English, able to participate in international meetings and to communicate effectively in global contexts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Field Key Account OOH:
- will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships with key customers, identifying and implementing innovative solutions to meet their needs;
- will be in charge of analysing market data and customer performance, identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum customer satisfaction;
- will have to identify the correct execution of the defined customer strategy, including the management of assortments and the construction of effective promotional plans, together with the definition of activities at the point of sale preparatory to business development.
The ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment is essential.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
SKILLS:
At least 2 years' experience in FMCG companies or as a junior buyer in large retail customers.
Strong analytical attitude and structured thinking.
Constructive energy and a growth orientation.
Mastery of the English language is a prerequisite for meetings in international contexts.

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Recent Bachelor/Master graduates in Economics and related disciplines.
Good knowledge of the English language. (Min. B2).
Good data processing and reading skills and a natural inclination for negotiation.
