Country Lead Chef CRSR

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Performing culinary presentations for selling UFS products to customers
• Increasing the number of products sold to clients by conducting culinary demonstrations and tastings,
• Building a positive image of the company and the department,
• Cooperating with regional and nationwide associations for chefs and cooks
• Active cooperation with a team of Culinary Advisors, Culinary Studio and other UFS departments,
• Caring for the development of knowledge and skills of culinary advisors,
• Conducting market and sales surveys
• Having a complete catering equipment and using it during the client presentations
• Tracking changes in the food service market (including competition) and informing the supervisors about it,
• Participating in regional, interregional and national meetings
• Acting in compliance with the Code of Business, Occupational Health & Safety, Fire Safety and all the instructions and procedures 
• Participating in training courses organized by the Employer,
• Realisation of the additional tasks arranged by the Line Manager

• Coordination of work of chefmanship centre
• Managing of work of other chefs in CZ

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in Culinary field is mandatory
• Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint, word
• Czech/Slovak – native, English - fluent
