ABOUT DOVE:
Dove is a €6Bn brand globally with play in categories across Skin Cleaning, Deo, Hair & Skin. The brand is synonymous with changing the standards of beauty, apart from superior products that are loved by more than a billion consumers worldwide. This role would be in the Dove India BG Skin Cleansing team, and it would entail building the future core of the €100Mn India portfolio.
JOB PROFILE:
The key responsibilities for this role will be (and are not limited to):
Act as a Brand Development lead for Core Dove Bars & Bodywashes
Refresh the brand communication and social first activations in conjunction with creative agency
Ideating for as well as crafting social first on-tap content
Crafting innovations along with long-term innovation roadmaps
Lead the Cross-Functional Project Team for the delivery of the project. (Including R&D, SC, Finance, and CMI)
The ideal candidate for this role should have:
Minimum 6 years of marketing experience in a medium to large-scale company
A strong business acumen and capacity for insight and analytics
An intuition for crafting and a passion for beauty
The curiosity to constantly unlearn & learn consumer needs especially from new age social listening tools
A passion for brand development & innovation management
Positive, assertive yet empathetic leadership, with exceptional ‘soft skills
Social first thinking
Experimentative & evidence based mindset without fear of failures
