Job Title: Global Senior Partnerships Manager
Location: 100VE, London
JOB PURPOSE
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious Partnerships Manager to develop and grow our capability in B&W. They should come with a strong track record in unlocking partnerships that provide clear return on investment via building fame, embedding us in communities and culture – ultimately driving competitive growth for a brand. This role will also manage our platform and agency partnerships so a strong understanding of how to get the best out of business partnerships and JBPs is key. This role reports to the VP of Marketing Transformation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will shape and leverage the power of partnerships:
Through our B&W brand portfolio and as part of our social first transformation we have an exciting opportunity to drive more global partnerships that embed our brands in community, culture and conversations. You will do this by leaning into your strengths as a collaborator and a leader; leading B&W’s partnership eco-system including external partners in the world of media, entertainment, music, sport or other brands. You will work with our global brand leaders, creative agencies and social agencies as well as our Business Units. To deliver our new marketing model we will need to strengthen and build strong partnerships with our agency ecosystem, tech partners and media platforms to deliver. You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining those relationships at a central level for B&W working with the BW Marketing leadership team and with the extended Digital and Social Transformation need to do this.

Leverage the Partnerships within our Brand plans
Make Unmissable Work:
- Unlock first class creativity and maximise value from our agencies (creative, PR, design etc) around the partnership.
- Leverage the partnership to help drive ‘Brand Do’ in a way that i) supports our purpose and ii) resonates with our consumer iii) is measurable

Location
In 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London to house the employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars ("100VE"), Lever House in Kingston and Graze in Richmond, the build is due to be complete in early 2025. Most recently, in August 2024, we announced our intention to retain our premises in 100VE until our lease expires in 2027.
We are due to consult with our existing workforce on the new proposal to retain 100VE for the duration of our lease. Therefore, until such a time consultation has concluded as to the retention of our 100VE office, this role will be based in 100 Victoria Embankment until early 2025 and then will move to the Kingston Campus.

Recruitment Fraud
Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money.In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. These types of attacks are becoming more common as more people are looking for employment in the economic climate.
How is Unilever tackling this?
Many of Unilever’s recruitment sites publish a warning to candidates about recruitment fraud. The Cyber Security team also proactively scan for signs of people setting up fake Unilever sites and act to close them down.
