JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Business Performance
Use insights to drive and impact commercial decision making together with the CD/CSP and Marketing teams in MYSG.
Delivering the in-year P&L, driving and shaping business performance.
Performance analysis and interventions for delivery of in-year financial targets and business winning
Drive and manage the commercial investment strategy as well as return on investment in both TTS/BMI
Identify value opportunities and drive value creation for the business.
Support Malaysia CD from financial perspective in all aspects and building financial models for different channels. TTS budget control, Rebates and support contractual negotiations.
Delivery and monitoring of pricing initiatives including support in customer negotiations.
Lead Sales and Operational Planning Process (S&OP) Financial discussions.
Support Country General Manager/Finance Director in overall performance management for 1UL MYSG
Dynamic resource allocation/decision support on business proposal (Innovation plan/Investment plans) ,
Pre and Post Business Case Evaluation
Support Country General Manager/Finance Director in Strategic planning and execution.
Oversee TTS FET activities
Lead projects to improve efficiency, simplification and improvement in ways of working, embrace a mindset of continuous improvement.
Stewardship
Ensuring strong Trade Terms Controls in Malaysia
Serve as a catalyst in managing overdue accounts in collaboration with the AR Team/customer
Active engagement on Regulatory requirements together with Tax/Controlling.
People Management
Responsible for the Commercial Finance talent agenda in MYSG.
Develop and nurture the team.
Experiences & Qualifications
Excellent commercial acumen & strong business partnering credentials with a proven track record on delivery.
High integrity, structure and drive.
Preferred Exposure to key value creation initiatives such as NRM, IBP, F4G.
Financial forecasting and cash-up exposure, with a track record in driving forecast accuracy.
Owner’s mindset towards business challenges. Ability to tackle complex situations, evaluate alternative courses of action, and provide fact-based solutions.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytic skills, with ability to influence and steer the decisions and work collaboratively.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
Strong team leadership skills.
