JOB PURPOSE:

The performance controlling analyst plays a crucial role in driving the cash up process, making sure S&OP data accuracy and integrity. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with cross-market teams and contribute to the company’s growth in diverse markets. If you are passionate about market analysis, detail-oriented, and eager to make a significant impact, this role is perfect for you!  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports for Asia actuals and forecast 

• Collaboration: Work closely with market BU performance controller and BU finance teams to perform management reporting for Asia with variance analysis and drive Asia performance delivery collaboratively. 

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. 

• Data management and excellence: Build up Asia IC data base and step up performance management reporting for Asia with more insights and visibility for markets, channel, brand, etc. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. 

• Experience: Several years of experience in market analysis or a related field. 

• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Market Research Analyst (CMRA) are a plus. 

KEY SKILLS: 

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with market analysis tools and technology, including Excel and SQL. 

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex market data and provide actionable insights. 

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present market information. 

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in market reporting and analysis.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

As publicly announced, it is envisaged that Unilever will internally separate its Ice Cream business by July 2025, at which point this role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company. It is expected that the Ice Cream business will then separate from Unilever by the end of 2025. Any impact on terms and conditions of employment will be communicated in due course. This proposal is subject to consultation where legally required.

You will be eligible for relocation support in the form of flights (to NL), immigration and tax support (in the year of move) and a lump sum in cash to be paid out during the first salary payment in the Netherlands. No further relocation support will be provided in a self-initiated CLOC.
