Job Descriptions:

  • Act as an expert on Marketing Solution performance across customer platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, Tiktok) by understanding and identifying growth insights & opportunities which lead to transformational actions.
  • Responsible for regular reports on Ecommerce campaign (daily, monthly, campaign); provide solution on optimization and quick actions to meet the KPIs within a very tight period, and handle ad hoc task if any
  • Be the voice of eCommerce CBD team to business partners, using various sources of data (including digital/social) to identify risk & opportunities to improve business performance.
  • Work closely with CBD team to understand their challenges and problems; build and give a clear point of view from analyses as well as the outcome of data tracking; be able to articulate this point of view to key stakeholders and drive recommendations going forward.
  • Drive Perfect store online of all Unilever online stores via deliver the set of PSO global KPIs, ensuring the best of onsite exposure & conversion of Unilever’s products & stores
  • Work with Global PSO & local teams & Act as Country contact point to provide expertise from Global PSO practice to brands to develop PSO set of deliverables following Global guideline & tailor-made to local customers’ guideline 
  • Ensure set of PSO things is well-deployed onsite 
  • Daily monitoring via PSO dashboard and always-on improvement 
  • Drive shopper engagement via CRM Onsite; Onsite activities including Livestream, Game, Feeds and CEM: 
  • Develop onsite activities plan ensuring aligned with CAT & Brand JTBDs & matched with Campaign/BAU plan strategy; monitor deployment 
  • Drive CRM onsite to deliver sustainable sales performance impact & growth on online channels through engage, retain, upsell & recruit shoppers
  • Master of shopper journey to Lead, develop and drive CRM strategies & plan, serving for shopper acquisition, retention & loyalty; maximize touch point engagement and conversion via content & audience right to target 
  • Partner with Media offsite performance to ensure seamless shopper journey online/offline specifically via CRM
  • Lead frequent review & learning

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree. Fluent English (verbal & written)
  • Work Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally with a background in eCommerce; experienced in serving top FMCG clients - can handle working under pressure
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical ability to breakdown complex problems and translate to actionable business insights. Critical thinking & pay attention to details, comfortable working with data on daily basis.
  • Business Acumen: Strong track record building business plans, ability to develop output, which is simple, factbased rather than fact-filled, focusing on recommendations and impact to get business goal. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to discuss and persuade different levels, including senior management, to align on objectives and action on
  • Work well in both teamwork & independence, time-management
  • Extensive knowledge and working experience in running campaigns on various Search platforms such as Google, Search engines and Onsite Search Tools of eCommerce platforms is a strong plus
