Department: Channel Activation – Traditional Trade (DT)
I. Role Overview
As the Assistant Perfect Store Execution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving in-store excellence across the Traditional Trade (DT) channel. You will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution of display strategies, analysing performance by region and KPI, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize team capabilities and resource efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment, enjoys working with field teams, and is passionate about turning insights into action.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Display Execution & Performance Analysis
- Own the execution results of Perfect Store programs across the DT channel, including initiatives like Perfect Store, Massive Displays, and OCD.
- Analyze display performance by distributor (NPP), channel, and display type.
- Provide regular updates on execution progress by SKU, channel, and distributor, highlighting out-of-stock (OOS) risks and coordinating with Sales to ensure timely replenishment.
- Weekly tracking of potential OOS and new/relaunch product timelines from CSP/SO to ensure seamless execution in the field.
- Collaborate closely with field sales and merchandising teams to ensure alignment and smooth information flow.
2. Visibility Information
- Communicate updates and changes in display structure to the merchandising team at the start of each cycle.
- Gather feedback post-implementation and work with the program design team to refine future executions for greater market impact.
3. Training & Capability Building
- Co-develop training materials and lead training sessions for AMMs, Supervisors, Merchandisers, Sales Advisors, and their Supervisors.
- Ensure all field teams are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
- Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback from Acacy and field performance.
4. Budget & Incentive Management
- Manage monthly payroll and operational costs for agency (third-party manpower agency).
- Address issues related to headcount, salary adjustments, and incentive schemes.
- Ensure budget efficiency and compliance with internal processes for contracting and payments.
5. Workforce Planning & Optimization
- Propose manpower plans for merchandisers and sales advisors to meet sales, coverage, and display excellence targets.
- Design and refine collaboration models between merchandisers and sales teams to maximize productivity.
- Develop and optimize the Sales Advisor model for the DT channel.
- Recommend improvements to KPIs and working models to enhance resource utilization.
