JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to champion sustainable growth by turning customer, shopper, and category insights into joint value creation with Austria’s retailers. Based in Vienna, you will build and deepen strategic partnerships across our categories, translating strategy into winning customer plans and flawless execution that grows category share, delivers profitable results, and advances the ambitions of our Business Units. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding sales performance across assigned customers.

  • Prepare, lead, and negotiate annual customer meetings, ensuring strong joint business planning and alignment on growth targets.

  • Develop and execute customercentric strategies, including tailored solutions that strengthen category performance.

  • Deepen and broaden existing customer relationships, acting as a trusted business partner and key point of contact.

  • Introduce value‑adding product concepts for our brands, driving innovation and incremental growth opportunities with customers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • University (of applied science) degree, ideally combined with experience in the FMCG industry.

  • First experience in Key Account Management or Sales is an advantage, with the ability to navigate customer needs and commercial processes.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, paired with a pronounced customer‑centric mindset.

  • Independent, structured and analytical working style, demonstrating high ownership and reliability.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in teams, combined with strong assertiveness and a proactive, hands-on attitude

  • Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

  • Vacation:25 days

  • Working hours: 38,5 hours per week

  • Home office: possible approx. 2 days per week

  • Meal allowance: €6.50 per day

  • Fruit, coffee, tea, ice cream for free

  • Shopping vouchers for REWE at Christmas

  • December 24 and December 31 off

Depending on qualifications and professional experience, this position offers a gross annual salary starting at 66.000€ and an attractive annual variable bonus – with a willingness to pay above the standard rate depending on qualifications and professional experience.
