If you are in the Unilever Ice Cream business or consider choosing to work for the Unilever Ice Cream business, you will work for the Global, leading Ice Cream player with €7.9bn Turn Over in 2023. The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, Ben &Jerry’s. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

JOB PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Owns category P&L with topline and bottom-line responsibility.
Closely oversees consumer trends in refreshment & snacking markets and takes a strategic lead to ensure that the Unilever can outperform competitors.
Is accountable for the development and delivery of the annual category plans (IBP) with close cooperation with regional team.
Creates end-to-end development plan for local brands.
Makes world class deployment of regional plans for global brands (Magnum, CDO etc).
Makes sure category plans are well communicated to sales teams and customers.
8 direct reports + 1 dotted line reporting.
Works with
Ice Cream CCBT.
Media Squad.
CCD Team Ice Cream.
Functional representatives: Supply Chain, Finance, R&D.
Regional & global teams in Ice Cream.
East Europe Ice Cream community.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
SKILLS:
Crafting superior communication assets and working knowledge on product development.
Proven Leadership skills: leads the team into the goals; keeps team motivation high.
Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration.
Fluent English and Polish.
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years of experience leading brands.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leading teams.
Has a good balance of marketing acumen as well as business drive.
Acts strategically and tactically to achieve outstanding results.
Resilient, positive, entrepreneurial and fast. Creates positive energy in the team.
Takes intelligent risks experiments, learns, and moves forward in pursuit of the consumer needs.
Is demanding from others and himself/herself.
Is organized and disciplined. Drives simplicity, and fights with unnecessary complexity.
Is comfortable working with people of different backgrounds and years of experience.
BSc/MSc in Marketing, Management, Economics or a related field.
