About Marketing in UI...
We build categories and brands like Vaseline and Simple globally across markets, media and channels, by enhancing brand awareness and brand through creative and effective digital mediums. We launch Unilever brands in new markets and bring them to life.
MAIN JOB PURPOSE
As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing targeted marketing initiatives to support the overall marketing strategy of the company. You will specialize in specific areas, such as digital marketing, content creation, event management or other related fields, depending on the organizational needs.
You will also work on project management, leading the cross functional team to land innovation and renovation projects for several categories across Europe.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Leadership: Develop and launch Nutrition projects for several categories across Europe, including concept creation, mix development and deploy of innovation and renovation projects in cooperation with the cross functional team (incl global, Supply chain, R&D, Finance).
Specialized Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns based on the assigned specialization (e.g., digital marketing, content marketing, social media, influencers).
Content Creation: Develop and produce compelling content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and marketing collateral. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
Digital Marketing: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights for optimization.
Social Media Management: Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms and stay current on social media trends.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities
Provide insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of specialized marketing efforts
Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in a specialized marketing role
Relevant experience in Nutrition
Strong understanding of the specific area of specialization (e.g., digital marketing, content creation)
Excellent communication and writing skills
Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms related to the specialization
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English
