Intern Customer Operations Invoicing Team

Job Description:

Unilever is seeking a proactive and energetic intern to join our Off Invoices team with Customer Operations. This team is responsible for managing commercial agreements outside of invoicing. The intern will play a key role in the operational aspect of applying agreements within pre-established contracts with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply agreements within pre-established contracts with clients.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely application of agreements.
• Work closely with the Sales team, one of the key stakeholders, to ensure the correct application of charges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Engenieering or Administration is preferred
• Proficiency level of English and Spanish
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Macros is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Previous experience in supply chain teams is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and improve processes.
