JOB PURPOSE:

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Cybersecurity Security Operations Lead to join our dynamic team.

Are you a seasoned IT security professional with a passion for protecting critical information assets? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity IT Security Operations Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our IT security infrastructure, ensuring the effective implementation and management of security measures to safeguard our organization from cyber threats.

The newly created Ice Cream Technology function will drive the technology set-up, standalone design and implementation of all required technology capabilities to enable Unilever’s Ice Cream business to become a fully functioning standalone company, separate from Unilever.

The Cybersecurity Security Operations Lead is therefore overseeing that the IT security framework will be defined, focusing on incident response plans and processes and how the newly stood up IC organisation will operate with these IT security principles on a day to day basis.

The successful candidate will be one that has significant IT expertise with a proven record of leading large-scale Cybersecurity transformations and has a passion for building world class IT security standards that make a meaningful impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain security tools and technologies.

• Lead the response to security incidents and conduct post-incident analysis.

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT security professionals.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to security.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Manage and maintain security tools and technologies.

• Lead the response to security incidents and conduct post-incident analysis.

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards.

• Lead, mentor, and develop within the team of IT security professionals.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to security.

• Train and test IC organization on IT security and policies

• Ensures Unilever IT security framework and guidelines are upheld and adhered to within TSA phase

Required Experience:

• Strong knowledge of IT security principles and technologies.

• Proficiency with security tools (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership and management abilities.

• Degree in Information Technology/Cyber Security, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT security operations.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are highly desirable.
