We are looking for an RTM and Sales Capabilities Specialist to support our Sales strategy.
The primary purpose of this role is to create value and drive sustainable, profitable growth for IC CHANNEL using the levers of pricing, promotions, trade terms and mix. This will involve gathering and analyzing multiple sources of data to gain actionable insights and recommendations.
A strong analytical mindset is essential in this role, whilst also being able to step back from the data and tell a story. You will need to manage multiple projects at a time and have the ability to influence in this highly cross-functional role.
The key challenge of the role is to develop consistency and coherence in the day-today operation of the Sales, Channel Marketing, and Marketing teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing Sales Strategies: Collaborating with sales leadership to develop effective sales strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyzing and optimizing the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness, including identifying bottlenecks, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology solutions.
- Performance Measurement: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales team performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, understand customer needs and preferences, and inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product management, and finance to ensure alignment and integration of sales initiatives with overall business strategies.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales and sales enablement, and continuously seeking opportunities for learning and development.
- Change Management: Facilitating change management initiatives to drive adoption of new sales processes, tools, and methodologies, and to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales organization.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
- You have a University Degree in Engineering, Business, or similar and minimum 3 years of experience in a similar commercial controller and/or Operations role, ideally within a Consumer Goods Enterprise.
- Experience acting as partner to the business to enable Sales and Marketing teams on the day-to-day operations of their clients.
- Proficiency level of English and Spanish.
