Part of the Supply Chain family, Procurement is responsible for over 30B Euro of material and services spend globally with more than 60,000 suppliers. Getting the right services and materials, sustainably sourced and ensuring responsible procurement is critical to ensuring our brands with purpose grow. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager in Procurement Logistics to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement logistics operations. The successful candidate will be accountable for Price Performance Management (PPM), governance, and enhancing team capabilities. Key responsibilities include monitoring savings, performance metrics, and managing common capabilities between transport and warehousing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage price performance metrics, including developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize cost and value.

• Conduct market analysis to benchmark prices and identify cost-saving opportunities and performance relative to the market.

• Implement and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance and best practices and monitor and report on governance metrics such as Responsible procurement audits.

• Develop and enhance team capabilities in procurement logistics through training programs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Forecast, Track and report on cost savings initiatives, identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements, and collaborate with finance to validate and report savings are fully updated and synchronized.

• Manage supplier performance program and relationships governance, including conducting regular evaluations, implementing improvement plans, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

• Plan and coordinate supplier events and meetings, reward best-performing suppliers, and organize workshops and training sessions.

• Coordinate the sourcing plan for procurement logistics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop and manage sourcing strategies to support business needs.

• Implement digital tools and technologies to enhance procurement processes, drive initiatives for sustainable and ethical sourcing, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to influence peers and stakeholders

• Full Proficiency in English (Capable of conducing negotiations and presentations)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with supplier performance management.

• Knowledge of governance frameworks and best practices.

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
