We are seeking a Latam Packaging Lead to deliver cutting-edge solutions, manage high-impact projects, and shape the future of packaging for our business. If you are an experienced and passionate packaging professional, this is the role for you.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement the regional packaging strategy, ensuring full alignment with global goals and priorities.
• Lead and manage the regional packaging program, driving innovation, sustainability, and 5S initiatives.
• Identify and implement best practices for packaging design and sustainability solutions across the region.
• Set and monitor OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for direct reports in all B&W R&D Packaging teams across LATAM.
• Foster the career and skills development of the team, ensuring continuous growth and expertise.
• Collaborate with B&W category managers to maintain a consistent and harmonized approach across all programs.
• Build a strong network with other category packaging managers to share knowledge, innovations, and synergies.
• Maintain a strong interface with Global R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Supplier Base teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Packaging, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role within a leading multinational consumer goods company, developing and implementing successful packaging strategies that drive growth and cost efficiency.
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles and regulations in the LATAM region.
- Proficiency in English, Spanish & Portuguese.
