We are looking for an Industrial Finance Business Partner to join the Supply Chain Finance team in our Home Care business unit.
JOB PURPOSE
This position will support manufacturing operations in Argentina by leading initiatives focused on cost savings, process optimization, and operational efficiency. The role is responsible for challenging existing practices, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the timely and accurate execution of strategic projects to enhance overall factory performance.
MAIN OBJECTIVES WILL INCLUDE:
Monitor overall factory performance.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
Perform monthly close process guaranteeing full compliance, including analysis of risks and opportunities.
Oversee cost improvement, restructuring, CAPEX, and sourcing projects; challenge assumptions, calculate sensitivities, and build business cases.
Provide financial expertise and support on ad hoc projects.
Lead the Net Productivity agenda, driving continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Conduct performance analysis to understand P&L and key financial KPIs to drive business decisions.
Closely work with operational areas to ensure delivery projects OTIF.
Drive digital transformation in financial analysis and reporting processes to enhance data analysis and decision-making.
Envision and lead process improvement and automation opportunities in Finance and Performance Management.
Drive the financial performance of Argentina Home Care factory in collaboration with the leadership team and through the Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS).
Actively work on Business Partner to support decision-making processes.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or a similar role.
Prior work experience in Supply Chain Finance is strongly preferred.
Advanced English level.
Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to respond under pressure.
Clarity of thinking – ability to see the big picture while being interested in diving into details.
Ability to lead and promote digital transformation initiatives.
Team management and people development.
Proficiency in performance analysis and understanding of P&L and key financial KPIs.
