JOB PURPOSE:

If you’re passionate about ensuring that every scoop of indulgence reaches our consumers seamlessly, this dynamic role is for you. As a key player in Response Planning, you’ll orchestrate the flow of Magnum products—from production schedules to inventory levels—ensuring they’re always available when and where they’re needed. You’ll collaborate across planning, logistics, and innovation teams to drive supply excellence, adopt cutting-edge technology, and minimize waste. Your strategic coordination will be vital in optimizing distribution, managing imports, and unlocking fulfilment potential—so our iconic ice creams continue to delight with every bite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Response Planning

  • Manage and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) of all FG SKU include New Product Development (NPD) to be maintain within agreed level of Inventory Planning Model (IPM) and do coordination on intervention needed to correct the stock against the level with execution, demand, and innovation planner

  • Manage and maintain Agreed inventory level FG Import SKU

  • Do monitoring and communication with sourcing country on Import Permit (PI) registration requirement

  • To Land and ensure adoption of Technology to replace manual Master Production Schedule (MPS) manual into Kinaxis

  • Monitoring inventory level of FG, RPM and Spares total IC coordinate with execution planner

  • Monitoring business waste value and forecast of FG and coordinate with innovation planning, planning excellence and business waste finance

  • Lead weekly coordination with related stakeholders (CSP, Customer Facing, Customer Experience) to discuss on supply and fulfilment allocation of each week and apply risk mitigation

  •  Maximize allocation fulfilment thru coordinating with quality team for QI release and blocked stock review and on ad-hoc basis with execution planner on prioritization of production based on open orders

  • To align and coordinate with logistics on space capacity of chamber/warehouse requirement through DSR forum monthly

Distribution Planning

  • Coordinate with Order management and Logistic on Stock Transfer Order (STO) creation and monitoring the STO execution following each Distribution Center (DC) Primary Sales running rate and DC Inventory level

  • To do removal and redistribution of stock between DCs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/environmental science/ safety management, or a related field.

  • Prior minimum 1 year work experience in other FMCG company would be an advantage

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks. 

  • Ability to work and analyse on scenario-based condition linkage with planning scheduling 

  • Excellent communication, fluent in English, collaboration mindset, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Have capability on Kinaxis would be an advantage

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

As publicly announced, it is envisaged that Unilever will internally separate its Ice Cream business by July 2025, at which point this role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company. It is expected that the Ice Cream business will then separate from Unilever by the end of 2025. Any impact on terms and conditions of employment will be communicated in due course.
