Main Responsibilities

As Indonesia Ice Cream Security and Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our ice cream products throughout the production and distribution process. This includes implementing and monitoring safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Your main duties will involve overseeing the security measures in place at our production facilities, managing safety training programs for staff, and responding to any safety incidents or breaches. You will work closely with various teams to maintain a safe and secure environment for our products and personnel.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor's degree

• Having certification related to OSHE, Food Safety, and security will be preferable

• Min 5 years proven experience in a safety or security role within the food industry.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to conduct thorough risk assessments.

• Effective communication skills.

• Ability to lead safety training programs.

• Familiarity with safety management systems.

• Proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment.
