• Distribution/Field Operations – The individual should have a strong understanding of Distributive Trade practices to drive sales and O2C (Order to Cash) processes • eCommerce Acumen - Understanding of eCommerce technology, channels & principles to win especially With respect to B2B eCommerce • Digital Marketing and Merchandising – Drive levers for Acquisition, Adoption, Retention, Growth • Change Management – the individual should have a driven program that involves considerable change and devised plans for managing changes across different functions
