Main Responsibilities

Content Strategy:

  • Owns and builds Social & Content marketing strategy for Deo & Baby Category, prioritised with senior stakeholders, aligned with business goals and objectives. This includes overseeing campaigns across social media ecosystem.
  • Key inputs into the digital content strategies per campaign/big bet, and enable the team to execute with excellent and seamless consumer experience including:
  • Ensuring right plan & execution for social media,
  • Audience & data segmentation according to the Brands Jobs to be done and audiences to reach or engage in social media
  • Manages team to deliver right content briefs to agencies
  • Measure content campaign metrics via appropriate tools for owned and earned media
  • Data driven content strategies: Brands will have clear 1st party data acquisition targets, with a view to driving better use of 2nd and 3rd party data for mass personalisation of their activities. Aligned with data strategy, capture and leverage approaches for the market.


Establish Community Engagement, Social First Approach & KOL Strategy:

  • Leading the initiatives of partnership with communities that relevant for Personal Care brands & products.
  • Maintain good in-depth relationship with communities
  • Develop KOL/Influencer strategy and activities for brands in Deo & Baby, working collaboratively with Brand Team and Global Team.
  • Plan and implement strategies to recruit, retain and help KOLs to grow inside the community.
  • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to carry out campaigns through KOLs under management.


Continuous improvement through monitoring of key metrics, and test & learn approach:

  • Track & manage brand’s social media ecosystem, ensuring it is populated and if full working order, including data streams on-screen
  • Inflight optimisation of digital and content performance marketing campaigns

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Ideally 5+ years of experience with superior knowledge in Media, Digital Marketing, social media and Community Engagement.
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing relationships within a large, multinational, matrix organisation
  • Experience working with marketing stakeholders/agencies.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in social listening, data analytics tools and techniques to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Experience in managing partnership with communities
  • Experience in overseeing media executions, including planning and optimizing spend.
  • Knowledge of digital content production and deployment processes.
  • Are constantly updated on trends in Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencer marketing. Understand the evolving landscape of influencers and communities.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills to connect with KOLs, influencers, and community members.
  • Fully operational knowledge and experience of the following areas:

    Martech and Adtech, digital platforms 

    Media metrics and full funnel considerations

    Data audiences, data analytics and tools across digital ecosystem
