Our Customer Development team is embarking on an exciting journey, we are looking for Deputy Account Manager for Minimarkets (Beauty & Wellbeing).

Main Responsibilities
KEY DELIVERABLES
This role is responsible to manage modern sales and distributors performance delivery as well
as to grow the Business (Secondary sales), MT profitability and delivery of perfect stores by:
Implement localized sales plan and monitor Minis business operations, processes, and people capability to ensure that our targets are achieved in the area.
Proactively develop data insight and analytics to help both internal and external stakeholder.
Assess customer strategies and performance in store, competitor trends and behaviors to identify opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with Customer Operations & head office teams.
Execute plans efficiently, monitor and evaluate performance to define actionable learning’s.
Responsible for coordinating and monitoring of promotional execution.
Integrate company/channel strategy on category and Customer Marketing Plans.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
Experience: Minimum of 3 years managing MT operations; candidates with prior experience in MTKA or minimarket environments are highly preferred.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and overall analytical abilities.
Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Resilience: Demonstrated resilience and the capacity to excel in challenging situations.
Holds a bachelor’s degree from any major.
Willing to be located anywhere across Indonesia.

Customer/channel strategist : understand customer/channel to sharply develop customer/channel strategy.
Collaboration and relationship : effectively collaborate with internal departments and build strong relationship with external parties for the best result
