Main Responsibilities

This role will be the Demand Fulfilment Manager for the successful enablement to geared for future success as a market leader in Skin Care  industry. The role will be part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team led by Integrated Planning – Customer Operations.

  • Responsible for the diligence, planning and execution of all Supply Chain establishment activities in Indonesia (e.g, Product Service, manufacturing site readiness, product / supply agility, Purchase orders, inventory builds, etc.).

  • Responsible for delivering Service, Cash (Inventory), and Cost (Business Waste reduction), through close collaboration with Factory, Customer Experience, Logistics, Marketing, and CSP Team

  • Driving SNOP Process for Skin Care Category Indonesia ensuring alignment of operational planning with business objectives for short-term and medium-term

  • Delivering  service level with constant optimization of inventory by leveraging structural capabilities such as Reduce on unhealthy stock, MOQ reduction, and Inventory against OR/Capacity optimization

  • Fostered a Zero Waste Mindset team, optimize on finished goods and Raw-pack material waste 

  • Ensured timely and compliant innovation process  of Unilever Indonesia, delivering OTIF with VP Compliance ranging from 80% - 150%, and maintaining supply stability

Experience & Qualification

  • Proven experiences in leading complex Supply Chain projects. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks. 

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Additional Information

Work location: Office-based role with some visit plan goes to Factory

Please be aware if you are applying for this role, we require you to have working rights in the country where the role will based in. If successful, your application will be treated as a self-initiated Change Location Outside of Country (CLOC) transfer. This means any relocation costs must be self-funded.
