Job Title : Assistant Field Execution Manager Direct Consumer Contact BW & SBA

Job Responsibilities :

• Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with Business Partners, driving collaboration and mutual growth

• Drive OTIF (On-Time In-Full) execution by closely partnering with business stakeholders and ensuring effective deployment of field force resources

• Define and communicate strategic direction and KPIs that elevate SBA performance and accountability

• Lead the development and capability-building initiatives for SBA to foster growth and operational impact

• Craft and implement specific strategies for the SBA, aligning with overall commercial goals--including budgets and trainings

• Monitor, coordinate, and continuously optimize field performance across SBA through structured performance reviews and real-time feedback

• Build actionable data insights and analytics to guide deployment decisions, measure effectiveness, and enable predictive planning across SBA

Job Requirement :

• Minimum bachelor degree from related major

• Having minimum 3 years experience, preferably in Customer Strategy Planning role in FMCG industry

• Experienced in crafted detailed strategy for sales force penetration (field sales) and handle end-to-end business operation for sales force team
