Main Responsibilities

As Assistant Brand Manager for LUX, your main role is to grow LUX as a formidable beauty brand for its audience, making LUX relevant and desirable to young consumers that are becoming more savvy in the world of beauty.Specific jobs to be done:

  • Grow brand throughholistic 6P of the brand to drive unmissable brand superiority: from ensuring the brand to be meaningfully different proposition against the encroaching lower-cost competition, be competitive in beauty offerings by connecting the brand in culture, and drive better quality through superior product and premiumization agenda

  • Lead innovation planning and deployment for the brand from mix crafting until in-market launches to drive talkability, desirability and consumer needs

  • Create analysis from consumers insights on how to strengthen LUX’s performance in the market.

  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including Finance, Consumer & Market Insight, R&D, Supply Chain to ensure successful project implementation.

  • Develop strategy, business model including pilot execution for new channels; social marketing or other business expansion requirements

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, or combined marketing and customer development experience

  • Experience in handling skin care / skin cleansing related categories or brands is a plus

Skill

  • Strong drive and passion for growth, with agility in driving performance

  • Passion to grow brands and ability to champion consumers, shoppers and customers in everything they do. A sense of curiosity is key in understanding the people we serve at a deeper level

  • Good project management skills, high numeracy and data analysis for insight development, quickly and proactively turning data into insight and action  

  • Keen eye for aesthetics and details is a plus point, to elevateLUX’s perceived worth / value perception with premium imageries across touchpoints

Leadership

  • You are energized by delivering fantastic results. You are constantly on the lookout for better ways to do things, engaging and collaborating with others along the way.

  • The ability to work confidently with multiple cross functional teams across geographies, with strong communication, good presentation skills and stakeholders influencing abilities.
