Personal Care Integrated Planning Response Planner - Deos

Main Job Purpose

The main objective of the role is to lead the supply planning for DeosSoft Solids, delivering a high level of customer service, while balancing inventory and optimising costs across the end-to-end supply chain network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a rolling supply plan for Deos RO and RDL to meet demand forecasts and inventory targets.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across the network, balancing service, cost, and working capital.

• Monitor supply constraints and proactively communicate risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

• Responsible for the rough cutcapacity plan and ensure that adequate investments are done to secure the required customer service level. This is in accordance to RCDSR.

• Optimize the production plan by implementation of the production run strategy to ensure high level of customer service.

Key Requirements

• 1-2 Years in Supply Chain operations, Customer Service, Planning experience and exposure to Purchase to payment cycle

• Experience in FMCG Supply Chain is an advantage (Planning, Customer Service, Logistics)

• Experience on SAP ERP, APO, (Familiarity on Kinaxis is an advantage)

• Proficient in Excel

• Commercial acumen and cross functional business process knowledge

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bias for action and strong follow up skills
