Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) PH aims to achieve PHP6B in 2024 and achieve 15% YOY growth from hereon + foodservice division of Unilever. It leads the dynamic Food Service market across its categories and has ambitious growth objectives, marketing a range of professional savoury, dressings products and services to chefs across the country.

Currently UFS relies on sales reps visiting chefs to generate demand. Broadcast communication mediums are not yet developed, which limits the pace of growth. Digital offers a huge opportunity and future growth for UFS depends on evolving the business model and developing contact strategies to reach the 95% of operators we do not visit. Ambitious targets to transform our business towards a more digitally advanced one have been agreed with the Global board and set in motion.

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Deliver Trade business targets for turnover, reach & penetration
  • Translate brand marketing plans into trade execution strategy
  • Plan, executive, track & optimize operator buying experiences by identifying the most effective (online and offline) trade touchpoints and driving maximum conversion from reach to engagement to sales
  • Lead Perfect Store execution & monitoring with focus on Top 10
  • Partner with CD teams to execute and monitor Trade Marketing activities (i.e. POSMs, bandings, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. Supply Chain, R&D, etc.) to ensure OTIF execution of national Trade Marketing initiatives
  • Strengthen WoW with area activation agencies to maximize refiller coverage, efficiency and productivity

Experiences & Qualifications

Essential:

  • 2-3 years of working experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Development or similar function in FMCG
  • Understands key metrics for offline & online (i.e. OSA, penetration rate, page views, conversion rate, AOV, etc.)

Desirable:

  • Passion for Food and the OOH industry
  • Industry knowledge for Trade Customers

Skills

  • Good understanding of different shopping missions, operator journeys, local channel landscape and trade partners
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts & tools, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM
  • Self-starter, independent thinker, action oriented, and passionate.
