JOB PURPOSE
The Foods Philippines business is one of the biggest key cells and growth drivers of Foods Greater Asia, and is also one of the strongest globally. Through the iconic brands Knorr, Lady’s Choice, and Bestfoods, it has enabled consumers to make hearty meals through its Bouillion Cubes, Singiang Mixes, Liquid Seasoning, Real Mayonnaise, Sandwich Spreads, to name a few.
The Foods Philippines Digital Marketing Assistant Manager will play an integral role in landing the overall strategy of Recipe Content, and D-Commerce for the category. This role will primarily be in-charge of designing the category’s execution strategy across both pillars, landing the following: Creation of compelling recipe content, Execution of the recipe ecosystem, Creation and Execution of the Foods D-Commerce strategy.
The Cooking Aids business is one the biggest key cells and growth drivers for Foods Greater Asia and is also one of the strongest globally. Through the iconic Knorr Brand in the Philippines, it has enabled consumers to make delicious and nutritious meals through its Boullion Cubes, Sinigang Mixes and Liquid Seasoning to name a few. With a strong business Cooking Aids today in the Philippines, the big question is what’s next? The category must quickly start accelerating its market develop and future-proofing its business with more delicious, nutritious & purposeful products & brands.
The individual we are looking for needs to be keenly strategic and empirically creative with a strong bias for action to deliver unmissable superiority for our brands.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Analyze and dig deep into real people’s consumer journey, understanding opportunities and painpoints
- Analyze competitors – the business environment in which the brands compete including category segments, channels, and consumer using data and empathy to generate actional insights and make decisions to drive growth.
- Design strategies and plans that make clear choices, set clear direction, and grow our brands and our business. This includes identification of gaps and growth opportunities within the market, landing impactful renovation & innovation projects that support the short-term & long-term growth agenda.
- Close coordination with the Local Brand Performance Team for deployment and support to ensure brand is competitive across the 6Ps.
- Influence internal stakeholders and dock Global Brand Team.
