Channel Distributor Executive - Bulacan, Zambales

Role & Responsibilities: - Oversee distributor operations and ensure effective coverage of channels covered - Land and lead execution of category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management - Localize the national strategy in helping the distributor to deliver priority KPIs - Ensure perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment, and fulfillment - Land distributor turnaround strategy in coordination with Channels team - Ensure profitability of the distributor handled within the assigned area. Qualifications: - Preferably with experience in account management, distributor or key accounts, or has previously worked in Unilever - Proficient in basic Microsoft applications - Strong operational skills - Analytical thinking, passion for high performance, and bias for action - Can drive and work on a field-based role within North and Central Luzon (NCL)
