Beauty & Wellbeing Integrated Planning Demand Fulfillment Manager - Skin Care

Purpose of the Role:
Responsible to oversee and manage planning to meet service levels by balancing the resources and collaborating with the wider business. Navigates across short, medium, and long term needs, responds very quickly to internal and external stimulus to deliver across all the horizons. Demonstrates a mastery of navigating trade-offs to bring their voice to the Business Units representing end to end planning.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Representative in CCBT with end-to-end demand and supply planning view

• Escalations with sourcing units, 3P manufacturers (on production order fulfilment) and logistics (shipment plan and transport capacity planning)

• Lead forecast reviews in Consensus meetings (including pre-forecast, forecast, risks & opportunities, gap closing), ensuring volume forecast is aligned with financial forecasting

• Support for Dcomm: Defining Right Portfolio Mix Fit for Dcomm Channel

• Lead CO Segmentation Initiatives for B&W

• Monitor and action waste prevention – Finished Goods, Packing and Raw

• Manage crisis – Product availability, Quality issues, microbiological issues, etc.

• Define inventory and distribution policy guidelines and targets

• Spearheading implementation of continuous improvement programs initiated by L2 or L3 org

• Responsible of portfolio management and segmentation
