-End‑to‑end monthly payroll operations for DK/SE/NO/FI: collect and validate inputs (HIR/MSS, time & absence, variable pay), run pre‑/post‑payroll controls, reconcile outputs, and ensure on‑time pay day.
-Vendor & stakeholder management: coordinate with local payroll providers; partner with HR, Reward, and Finance to resolve discrepancies and land policy changes.
-Compliance & statutory reporting: ensure adherence to country legislation, CBAs/union rules, and GDPR. Handle Denmark eIndkomst and payslip/official communications via e‑Boks; Sweden AGI monthly employer declarations; Norway a‑melding; Finland Incomes Register (Tulorekisteri).
-Controls, audit & SOX readiness: maintain robust control evidence, month‑end reconciliations, and support internal/external audits.
-Employee query management: resolve payroll tickets within defined SLAs and deliver a high‑quality employee experience via our service platform.
-Joiners/Movers/Leavers (JML): execute payroll impacts of hires, transfers, exits; ensure contract/allowance updates flow correctly from Workday; trigger one‑time payments when applicable.
-Governance & reporting: prepare monthly KPI packs, defects/incident logs, and inputs for payroll governance meetings; track CI actions with providers.
-Continuous improvement: identify process, data, and provider performance opportunities; support standardization/automation initiatives across the Nordics.
