Role Title: Global Senior Brand Manager Clear Core & Premium - Secondment
Duration: 6 Months - 17th November 2025 - 31st May 2026

CLEAR is Unilever’s 3rd largest Hair brand and has experienced significant growth over the past 15 years through global expansion and a disruptive approach to the Anti-Dandruff shampoo market. The largest markets are China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Brazil and Thailand.

CLEAR is now on an exciting journey to transform its brand and portfolio beyond Anti-Dandruff – encompassing the growing platform of Scalp and its adjacent needs, primarily Men. This pillar has been recognized as a big bet by the Beauty & Wellbeing leadership team and this role will be part of the team that has been chosen to spearhead its growth. We are looking for a bold, insight-driven innovator with a global mindset - able to connect data with instinct, challenge the status quo, influence across cultures, and drive ideas from spark to shelf with precision, pace, and impact.
We now have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the team on a temporary basis (secondment or fixed term contract).
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The successful candidate will be a key part of the CLEAR BG Innovation team, report to the Global Brand Director responsible for Innovation, while working very closely with our Global Brand Vice President, local markets, cross-functional teams and external agencies. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing innovations for our Core and Premium platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with the Global Brand Director to shape the future innovation roadmap and portfolio transformation strategy for CLEAR's Core and Premium platforms. This entails analyzing and strategizing market and consumer data to develop robust recommendations to help guide the platforms' continued growth in the long term.
- Leading the development of future Core and Premium innovations, translating category and consumer insights into exciting new product ideas and mixes. This includes crafting concept, product & pack design, defining the strategic price positioning and channel strategy for the innovation, as well as resulting size of the prize, and leading large x-functional teams and external agencies to deliver the innovation in key markets.
- Partnering closely with the CLEAR BG Engagement team to ensure innovations are properly translated into engaging communications.
- Lead market docking for one of CLEAR's top markets, Vietnam.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- Proven record of Global Brand Marketing experience at Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager level.
- Previous experience in leading large global innovations or managing global brand re-launches is required. Also, previous experience in Beauty & Wellbeing and specifically Hair Care will be preferred.

- Exceptional crafting skills, an eye for beauty and for developing and judging products ideas and product design, especially within the context of premium beauty & hair.
- Ability to manage complex projects under tight timelines and lead large teams with x-functional background.
- Business savviness, ability to understand how innovation ideas can drive sustainable growth for CLEAR and tap into concrete business opportunities.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, ability to manage stakeholders up, down and sideways.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage, inspire, galvanize and coach direct reports.
