The CBD Assistant – H&B/Discounter role will be responsible for leading the execution of sales and customer engagement strategy for the H&B and Discounter retail channers in Unilever Korea. This role will be accountable for delivering business targets of the assigned channel/category/products, whilst driving sustainable business growth by establishing excellent customer relationships
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact both on business results and how Unilever evolves its customer and channel strategies. You will be responsible for sales and customer engagement strategy for our H&B and Discounter channels of with the following key operational responsibilities:
Support to develop, implement and execute Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care and Home Care businesses and operations for the H&B and Discounter retail channels
Establish productive and professional business relationships with the customers
Meet assigned business targets for profitable sales whilst delivering the components of quality sales (e.g. Right products at the Right price)
Manages the customer P&L by brand/category/channel and budget planning
Develop and co-ordinate product promotional initiatives to grow the business
Ensure all the management reports for measuring and reporting business performance are integrated, accurate, reliable and on time
Provide financial and non-financial information to facilitate timely and accurate decisions making on business operations
Keenly track and monitor in market status via trade visits at respective accounts
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Essential
University graduate
Minimum 3 years of track record in Sales
Experience in H&B channel management
Good understanding and knowledge in Beauty & Wellbeing and Personal Care categories
Strong business and financial acumen
Strong oral and written communication skills
Fluency in verbal and written English
Excellent in MS office – Excel, PPT, Word
Preferred
Prior experience in multinational corporation and/or FMCG industry
Strong understanding of the Korean retailer landscape and how it’s evolving
Strong focus on business outcomes, gap closure
Develops and leverages strong internal and external networks effective at stakeholder management & strategic influencing
