JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the OTIF (on time in full) launch of innovations with the delivery of service level agreements, aiming for a responsive supply chain at the lowest possible end-to-end cost, while guaranteeing product quality, increased margin, and fulfilment of local requirements.
- Maintain project schedules updated according to information provided by project teams, ensuring that cross-functional team members are held accountable for timely delivery of their tasks to meet key project network milestones.
- Lead, alongside the local cross-functional team, the validation of volumes and the discussion of sales opening strategies.
- Oversee the management of materials and finished products undergoing portfolio discontinuation, monitoring the balancing of materials and finished goods inventory to ensure minimal waste.
- Conduct risk assessments and escalate issues to key stakeholders when necessary.
- Update risk management plans developed by project teams.
- Prepare all documentation for Gates and decision documents as inputs in the Unilever Innovation Project Management process for all assigned innovation projects.
- Monitor and lead post mortem evaluation projects, developing action plans to ensure improved performance for future innovations.
- Lead continuous improvement projects within the Innovation process.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bacheloor’s Degreed Completed in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in end-to-end supply chain management, planning, and/or manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects and successfully delivering results.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence multiple stakeholders toward a common objective.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of costs and the ability to construct compelling business cases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Skills in PBI.
