DevOps Coordinator

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Support Application teams supporting a robust framework & principles bringing velocity, cost avoidance with a real high quality in line with the Business requirements.End to End management of the services delivered by the Platform, including incident, problem, release & change, and service delivery processes.

• Support Service Performance Review governance isfollowedaddressing proper action to re-establish the service whenrequired.Identifyand manage Risks and Issues, proposing action plans.Interact and ensure synchronization/alignment with other Platforms.

• Support and deliver all activities related to DevOps sprints (on time, in full and on budget) from beginning to completion within the Platform.Support operational upgrades, migrations, or enhancements while minimizing disruption to platform operations.Solve problems relating to mission critical services and build automation to prevent problem recurrences.

• Working with Product Owners and service delivery teams to land new capabilities.Translate user requirements / user stories into designs and cost estimates.Technical Enhancements; Change Request - requirement gathering, stakeholder management, risk assessment, projectplanningand implementation. This also requires extensive coordination with technical and enabling teams such as platform & Enterprise architecture, business teams, In-market teams, finance audit, COE & Info-sec etc.

• Support a team of DevOps developers and specialists. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team using agile project delivery methods.Support production deployments with vendor partners and support teams. Also ensuring compliancetorequired controls,proactivelyassessing& managingthe risks.

• Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to quickly and completely correct issues with systems and data used to support the Model factory.

• Monitoring the factory operations. Establish monitoring and observability practices to track system performance,identifybottlenecks, andoptimizeapplication and infrastructure resources. Implement proactive measures to ensure system availability and reliability.Reviewing production schedules andmaking adjustments toensure that deadlines are met.Giving workers feedback on performance and providing coaching when necessary.

• Overseeing the implementation of new enhancements or processesin order toimprove efficiency.Meetingcustomer'sexpectations and demands.Meeting with suppliers to discuss production requirements and delivery schedules.

• Work closely with architecture team to manage andoptimizecloud infrastructure resources. Leverage platforms and technologies to improve scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.Perform operational audits todeterminewhether adequate internal controls are inplaceand related standard operating procedures are implemented consistently.

• Drive and lead IT corporate audits, internal and external audits andhandlingexceptions and ensure compliance acrosslandscape. Plan remediation action forcontroldeficiencies along with market teams andbusiness.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES

A candidate for this position must have had at least:

• Experience in a DevOps area, working within a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment.It’sexpected to have hadproven, and successful experience leading a DevOps team. (Supporting services across the globe). 

• Working in Project management methodologies such as Scrum, DevOps & Agile practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code as well as security best practices and be able to develop and implement solutions thatfollowInfosec policies

• Good managing cross-functional teams related to AM&AD skills.

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools for proactive performance monitoring and issue resolution.

• Familiarity with security practices, including infrastructure hardening, vulnerability scanning, and access controls.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Good project management and organizational skills.

• Good knowledge of IT governance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot environment-related issues toidentifyroot causes and propose effective solutions.

• Goodexpertisein ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and CMDB.

• Familiarity with Audit & security controls and best practices for securing IT environments.

• Risk assessment and management: Conduct risk assessments toidentifypotential vulnerabilities and threats. Support risk mitigation and controls. Continuouslymonitorand evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes.

• Working with Salesforce technologies and products. Experience in Salesforce management

• Salesforce Certifications (business analysist/ Associate)

• Experience of using JIRA/Confluence agile tool sets, 

• Experience in Agilemethodology.

• Experience in ITIL management.

• Performing Integrated Regression Test across IT landscape (drive by technical changes, upgrades across technicalplatform,etc).
