Over the past 5 years Unilever has acquired 7 brands that embody the Wellbeing purpose of health as a lifestyle pursuit. This portfolio includes Equilibra, Olly, Smarty Pants Vitamins, Liquid IV, Welly, Onnit, and Nutrafol.
In addition to growing these brands in the US, the Wellbeing collective is looking to expand the brands into global markets. This is the role of our International Expansion organization. Our objective is to expand our largest brands Liquid IV, OLLY, and Nutrafol. Today we have launched and are present in more than 7 markets, with plans for further expansion.

JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a talented & seasoned business manager who will be responsible for full P&L ownership of existing markets (Brazil, Mexico). In the future, the role may expand to the strategy, launch, and operationalizing of WBC brands across new markets in Latin America.
You will be responsible for developing the LATAM WBC strategy in close collaboration with the WBC International Leadership Team, and you will have end-to-end Operational ownership of this business.
The successful candidate will have a high degree of entrepreneurship, positive and independent leadership, and personal accountability. They will also be able to collaborate across geographies & functions. This role will include people development and team management as you will have multiple direct reports; you will be responsible for creating a purpose-driven, inclusive, and diverse culture of the WBC division in LATAM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own P&L for Mexico and Brazil: Oversee performance management and full P&L accountability, working closely with sales, finance, and HR to ensure alignment and resourcing.
- Own Local Marketing for Mexico and Brazil: Oversee brand plans in partnership with Global WBC CMO.
- Operate with a GM Mindset: Take ownership across all aspects of the business—from inventory and margins to business cases and commercial performance.
- Drive Flawless Execution: Ensure timely, high-impact marketing programs tailored to each market’s needs.
- Act as Regional Lead: Serve as the primary point of contact for WBC in LATAM, representing the region on the global leadership team.
- Champion Performance & Insights: Guide your team in tracking local performance, surfacing insights, and using data to refine strategy and drive growth.
- Build Collaborative Partnerships: Foster strong relationships across international teams, cross-functional partners, and agencies to mobilize resources and deliver results.
- Manage Budgets Strategically: Optimize marketing spend to maximize impact and meet financial targets.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degreed Completed;
- Local leadership experience across commercial functions;
- Sufficient experience and competence in both business operations and brand marketing;
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&Ls;
- Advanced English level;
- Advanced Spanish level desirable;
- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse, cross-functional teams;
- Strong understanding of local and regional environment, customers, and consumers;
- Strong experience building a team culture and people management (with direct and indirect reports).
