AdPro specialists are at the heart of this transformation ensuring that content production aligns with all our Business Groups' (BG) strategy, Unilever best practices and the One Unilever Production strategy.

The AdPro Business Group Content Producer servicing North America, based in Brazil, is embedded within a Business Group and leads the end-to-end, day-to-day execution of content production across all its brands for the key focus market of North America. This role ensures high production standards across formats and markets, champions social-first content and drives scalable innovation. In addition to supporting their own Business Group the producer brings regional subject matter expertise to collaborate with AdPro Content Producers across theirs and other Business Groups ensuring content delivery is efficient, creatively driven and aligned with Unilever’s global standards and regional nuances.

Balancing hands-on production and cross-functional collaboration with operational excellence across the Region there is exposure to global content strategies, AI-enabled solutions and diverse production models not typically found in traditional roles.

The Content Producer reports into the Global AdPro Senior Content Producer in the same Business Group as well as a 'dotted' line to a regional line manager in North America.

Some travel may be required.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Production and across the AdPro Community;
  • Production Execution & Oversight
  • Maintain full transparency on all planned advertising production activities (Digital, Social, TV, Print, Radio, etc.);
  • Review all allocated briefs and storyboards to assist brand project leaders in achieving the objectives of the brief within the desired budget;
  • Manage the negotiations of all cost estimates with agencies and production companies including liaison with Unilever brand teams and creative agencies while maintaining the correct balance between quality and cost;
  • Support and resolve day-to-day issues related to all aspects of production and filming, including last-minute changes to advertising production;
  • Support Senior Content Producer to develop creative agency relationships along with third-party production suppliers, including but not limited to, production, post, sound, music, animatic, talent procurement suppliers etc;
  • Manage direct production projects as an internal producer for brand teams in your Business Group. Plan and provide solutions to brand teams on all aspects of production e.g. annual production planning;
  • Manage and support content process optimization, support Digital Twins & Super Shoots implementation and work on supplier strategy, training and engagement for consistent execution and savings. Deliver improved planning of asset production and production workflow processes;
  • Support the AdPro Senior Content Producer with providing quarterly production efficiency data, provide reports on AdPro savings and KPIs, deal with any ad hoc Business Group finance and procurement requests, and support defining workflows for AdPro commodity codes;
  • Support the AdPro Senior Content Producer to implement Business Group initiatives like AI-enabled production, Digital Twins and Super Shoots aligning with your BG needs;
  • Support the AdPro Senior Content Producer in the implementation and identification of innovation solutions and collaborate to strengthen programs in alignment with Business Group charters;
  • Manage all aspects of Screen Actors Guild/ACTRA talent contracDng, talent fee and all regulatory related compliances associated with local unions.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degreed completed;
  • Currently (or previously) working as a Production Company Producer, Creative Agency Producer or in a similar role;
  • Experienced producer required with global history and knowledge of SAG;
  • Deep understanding of all production methods, this is a specialist role requiring robust hands-on experience;
  • Must be conversant in the related areas of talent, licensing, production insurance, music and all aspects of film/video/stills production;
  • Must have knowledge of the production landscape in your Region;
  • Experience with AI-enabled production innovation;
  • Production & Commercial Expertise;
  • Advanced English is essential, other languages are a plus;
  • Fully conversant in talent, licensing, production insurance, music and all aspects of film, video and stills production;
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills;
  • Able to manage production budgets and vendor relationships effectively;
  • In-depth knowledge of the advertising production landscape, emerging technologies, and activation principles.
