Business Context & Purpose:
As part of Unilever’s Focus Market Digital team, the Market IT Deployment Analyst is a key digital partner for the French market. This role is responsible for executing the end-to-end Digital & Technology (D&T) strategy, ensuring the successful deployment of tech products, and maintaining operational continuity. The analyst acts as a bridge between global IT platforms and local business needs, driving adoption, and value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support CD local tools & devices across the country
• Collaborate with global Tech foundation teams to explain the local requirements
• Act as the escalation point for IT experience issues unresolved by central support teams
• Manage front-line issue resolution and ensure swift responses to local incidents
• Coordinate local systems integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live activities, local BAU
• Support the transition of local applications to central product teams
• Collaborate with legal, fiscal, and cybersecurity teams to support investigations, audits, and security requirements
• Ensure IT security compliance for new technologies and third-party engagements
Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience in digital deployment and business partnering.
• Experience with CD tools (e.g CRM, Merch) and automation is a plus.
• Agile, outcome-focused, and comfortable working in global virtual teams.
