Unilever Professional (UPro) is the B2B arm of Home Care (HC), it is the youngest team of HC (created in 2019) with a strong track record of growth and an even bigger ambition: we are growing at a strong rate & set to triple our business by 2030.
Unilever Professional specializes in offering Home Care solutions tailored for professional cleaning sectors, including Restaurants, Hotels, Offices and Commercial Laundries and is currently operational in 44 markets. Main purpose of the job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Category & Assistant Brand Manager to join our UPro team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in portfolio management, innovation, and strategic development within the B2B sector. This role requires a forward-thinking candidate who can drive product innovation, manage product portfolios, and ensure our offerings meet the evolving needs of our operator. You will drive the Brand and Category growth agenda of UPro globally.
Main Accountabilities
1.Develops a deep understanding of our operator groups, gathers actionable insights, and turns them into solutions that address true operators’ needs.
2.Responsible for Home & Hygiene Professional platform, continuously striving to deliver the projects OTIF (on time on full )with the support of x-functional team
3.Co-designs a multi-year innovation funnel together with CMI, R&D, SC to build a strong project roadmap for both core & core+ portfolio
4.Understanding the project scopes to bring alive the solution for the pain points from the operator to drive business growth and are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
5. Follow innoflex( internal unilever system) process to provide required update to different gate/decision moments, ensuring its tracked properly in the system with all the requirements.
6. Develop strong trade & consumer story based on all the elements of the projects
7.Owns/guides product/brand positioning, claims,and OET (Operator Experience Toolkits) for global innovations and brand equity campaigns.
8.Collaborates with global digital and content teams to create multi-touchpoint marketing assets.
9.Has a “start-up" innovation approach and mindset that helps to deliver faster and more relevant solutions to market.
10. Gets on the front line and connects local teams to ensure all initiatives are operator-relevant and customer-relevant. Ensures that local content and best practices travel globally.
11. Coaches and develops the project teams they chair to drive actions with clarity, speed, and agility.
12. Builds value through partnerships with external business partners that require developing new ways of working and designing innovative business models.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5+ years’ experience across marketing disciplines: Brand Management, Product innovation
Passion for building high-performing project teams and nurturing talent
Strong change management and stakeholder influencing skills in a complex and matrix organization – able to effectively communicate with customers, cross-functional teams, leadership teams, local and regional/ global teams
Willing to travel 10% of time
