Join the Foods European & Benelux CSP Strategy, Insights & Digital Commerce team to drive the integration of analytics across both the offline and online retail landscapes.

This pivotal role bridges the gap between digital commerce and traditional retail analytics, empowering Foods Europe & Benelux with actionable insights to drive growth in key channels and markets.

As part of the CSP Strategy, Insights & Digital Commerce team, you will focus on omnichannel analytics—bringing clarity to performance across offline retail stores and digital commerce platforms. You will play a vital role in leveraging data to uncover opportunities, optimize the shopper path to purchase, and improve sales performance for both offline and online channels. The role also focuses on capability building, working closely with markets and key teams to embed a robust omnichannel analytics framework.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

  • Drive the omnichannel analytics agenda for Foods Europe and Benelux, ensuring seamless and automated integration of insights from offline (brick-and-mortar) and online (digital commerce) channels.

  • Analyze multi-source data to deliver a comprehensive view of customer and consumer shopping behavior across channels.

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of business metrics, reports, and dashboards to track omnichannel performance and inform strategic decisions.

  • Translate abstract datasets into real-world, shopfloor recommendations.

  • Provide insights on key performance metrics such as sales velocity, profitability, share of shelf, promotional effectiveness, and omnichannel return on investment (ROI).

  • Collaborate with markets to optimize category growth by identifying and reducing friction points in the shopper journey.

  • Work closely with the Foods CSP team to embed an omnichannel analytics framework across key European markets.

  • Partner with digital commerce specialists, retail media leads, shopper marketing teams, and customer development teams to ensure alignment on omnichannel strategies.

  • Facilitate capability building by training teams in omnichannel analytics best practices and fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.

  • Build simple Proof-of-Concept tools (i.e. in Excel) to show value and make the case for scaling and automating 

  • Collaborate with the top six European markets (Benelux, United Kingdom & Ireland, France, Italy, Germany, and Poland) to drive consistency in omnichannel analytics approaches.

  • Provide tailored support for strategic retail partners, including key players in brick-and-mortar retail and digital commerce platforms.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Strong expertise in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting multi-channel retail data to provide actionable insights.

  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions, from data extraction to strategic recommendations.

  • Experience in developing and managing dashboards and reporting tools to track business KPIs.

  • PowerBI/SQL is a plus

  • Knowledge of the omnichannel landscape, including brick-and-mortar retail, digital commerce, and rapid delivery platforms.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to present complex data to cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in category management or Data & Analytics is a plus.

  • Ability to work across European markets and adapt global frameworks to local contexts.

  • Fluent in English.
