JOB PURPOSE:

The Ice Cream Supply Chain Performance and Capability Analyst ensures accurate and real-time reporting of planning metrics, assists in the development and implementation of performance measurement frameworks, and supports the design and rollout of performance improvement programs. This role involves analyzing planning data, engaging with stakeholders, and identifying skill gaps to enhance capabilities and drive operational excellence within the planning teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure accurate and real-time reporting of One Source of Truth Planning metrics (Service, Inventory, Business Waste, Forecast Quality, Agility, Smart Touch Planning) in line with set rules and standards.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of planning performance measurement frameworks, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics, to assess the effectiveness of planning processes.

  • Support the design and implementation of planning performance improvement programs (Zero Based Inventory, Waste Less, Smart House, etc) and best practices.

  • Drive and improve above named workstreams through root-cause analysis and action planning across BU’s.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze planning data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster a culture of performance excellence and capability enhancement.

  • Capability Development: Assist in identifying skill gaps and training needs within the planning teams and support the creation of programs to enhance capabilities and drive operational excellence.

SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in planning and data analysis tools.

  • Strategic thinking ability to identify and innovate better ways to report and draw insights, leading to improved decision-making

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Analytics or related field.

  • Minimum of +3 years of experience across supply chain functions (Customer Service, Planning, or Logistics).

  • Proficiency in PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and Excel advanced

  • Experience in data analytics and performance management in a supply chain context is preferred.
