JOB PURPOSE

Lead the Global CX Data Quality & Solution Adoption agenda—owning the data quality strategy for CX and driving market adoption of global solutions end‑to‑end. You will set and govern data quality standards, improve trust in CX metrics, and accelerate deployment & usage of global platforms across markets. This role ensures that CX decisions are data‑driven, timely, and consistent, and that solutions are adopted at scale with measurable business impact.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

·Data Quality Strategy & Governance, Define and own CX data quality policies and controls (accuracy, completeness, timeliness, consistency) across SSD, CRM, Digital Engagement and UDL pipelines, aligned to the Unilever Data Quality Management Framework. Establish stewardship, accountability and operating routines (DQ councils, RACI, SLAs) across global/market teams; embed “pride in our data” culture in CX.

·Provides operating framework for dat aauilty deliverables to CX team, CX Hubs and maintains performance delivery on data readiness.

·Solution Adoption & Change Enablement, Lead global adoption plans for CX solutions (CRM, Marketo, WABA) with clear use‑cases, benefits, training and “go‑live” criteria.

·Build market readiness: onboarding assets, UAT playbooks, adoption KPIs (active users, feature usage, opt‑ins, engagement lift), and action‑oriented business cases for pilots.

·Platform Ownership & Global Dashboards, Own the Global Data Quality dashboard vision and backlog; align enhancements with Regional Hubs and the Global Data team.

·Risk, Compliance & Data Ethics, Ensure privacy, security, and responsible data use across CX data flows; manage audit readiness and remediation plans.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years in data quality, analytics, or digital product adoption in global/multi‑market environments (preferably B2B).
  • Proven leadership of enterprise Data Quality Management frameworks and operating models.
  • Hands‑on with CRM/Martech, SSD datasets and UDL‑based pipelines; familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, APIs.
  • Strong stakeholder management with CX, Marketing, Tech/Data (GDT), CoE, BE&A; ability to run SteerCos and drive cross‑functional decisions.
  • Excellent communication, change management.
